The H450 Lane Control Signals are manufactured from a 190 mm deep aluminium-profile enclosure. The front-opening door is retained by safety cables and fitted with a UV-resistant polycarbonate face panel.
The sign is secured using weatherproof compression latches, ensuring a reliable seal against environmental conditions.
The enclosure is finished with a standard black epoxy powder coating (other colours available upon request).
As standard, the sign is rear-mounted using horizontal fixing rails. A wide range of mounting solutions is available to suit specific installation requirements.
Depending on your application, the Lane Control Signal can incorporate 1, 2, 3 or 4 symbols. Each symbol measures 450 × 450 mm and is composed of red, green and yellow LEDs.
Available symbols include:
- R21a – Red Cross
- R21b – Green Arrow
- R21c – Yellow Right Merge Arrow
- R21d – Yellow Left Merge Arrow
The LEDs provide an operational lifetime exceeding 100,000 hours.
The sign can be equipped with an automatic day/night dimming system, enabling the display brightness to switch automatically according to ambient light conditions.
Power supply options include either 230 VAC or 12 VDC.
